How we write and check content
Product descriptions and guides are based on official data and verifiable sources. We write plainly, without treatment promises and without sales pressure.
Sources
- For products: official Forever descriptions and labels for each country. Ingredients and directions can differ between countries, so we show them only for the market where they are confirmed.
- For nutrition and health topics: public expert sources and official guidance.
- Product photos are official Forever photos. Guides use reviewed photos and illustrations.
Rules on claims
- We never say a product treats, prevents or relieves a disease.
- Health claims about nutrients are quoted word for word from Regulation (EU) No 432/2012 and only when the nutrient is confirmed on the label.
- Warnings for pregnancy, breastfeeding, children, medication and allergies are always in one place, in the Before first use box.
Products in guides
A guide recommends a product only when it genuinely relates to the topic, with a sentence explaining the link. Many guides deliberately offer no product.
Updates and corrections
Each guide shows the date of its last update. When a product, price or link changes, we update the content.
