Vitamin B5, or pantothenic acid, is needed for normal use of nutrients. It occurs in many foods, and deficiency is rare. Fatigue alone does not show that B5 is what you lack.
A practical food review
Look at several ordinary days: do you eat eggs, pulses, wholegrains, mushrooms or other varied foods? The goal is regular meals and variety rather than obsessive tracking of one vitamin. Discuss persistent fatigue with a clinician, particularly if it disrupts activities.
Forever Daily is available as a multivitamin formula listing pantothenic acid on its label. Write down B5 per recommended daily serving, then add quantities from other supplements. Use the current local label because formulas and amounts can differ. A product named B12 does not automatically supply every B vitamin.
Skin and high doses
Oral B5 and panthenol in a cosmetic cream are different applications. A cream ingredient does not demonstrate that high dose capsules will cure acne or remove wrinkles. Very large quantities can cause digestive upset. If food already meets your needs, supplementation is unnecessary and cannot replace sleep or a meal.
Make one column for food and another for supplements. Distinguish amounts per tablet from amounts per daily serving so your comparison does not accidentally count the same intake twice.
