In this guide
Forever ARGI+ is a powdered food supplement sold in 10 gram sachets. Its main ingredient is the amino acid L-arginine, about 5 grams per serving. It also contains vitamins C, D3, K2, B6, B12 and folic acid, fruit extracts such as pomegranate and grape, and sweeteners. The grape skin extract contains sulphites, which matters for people sensitive to them.
What research says about performance
The body uses L-arginine to make nitric oxide, a molecule involved in widening blood vessels. That is why arginine is often marketed to athletes. However, the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements says studies mostly show no benefit for blood flow or athletic performance. No safety concerns have been reported for amounts up to about 9 grams a day for several weeks, while larger amounts can cause digestive upset. The vitamins in the product contribute to normal body functions, but that does not mean better results in training.
If you want to fit it into your routine
- First check the basics: enough sleep, meals with protein and carbohydrates, and gradually increasing training load.
- Mix one sachet into a glass of about 240 ml of water, once a day, as the label says.
- Add up the vitamins from all the supplements you take, especially vitamin D. Upper intake limits depend on local reference values and are not a target, so check your total intake with a pharmacist.
- Note how you feel over a few weeks and decide whether it is worth the cost.
When to talk to a doctor first
Forever ARGI+ only makes sense as an optional extra alongside well planned training and nutrition, not as a substitute for them. Talk to a doctor before taking it if you take blood pressure or heart medicines, have heart or kidney disease, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Competitive athletes should check their federation rules on supplements.

Common questions
Will ARGI+ improve my endurance?
That cannot be promised. Studies mostly show no performance benefit from arginine, so training, food and rest still make the biggest difference.
When is the best time to take it?
The label states one sachet a day mixed in water. You can fit the timing to your schedule, but do not increase the amount.
Before first use
Choose products for your dietary routine and care needs. Follow a healthcare professional’s advice for diagnosis and treatment of symptoms. Check suitability first during pregnancy and for use by children.
